Clearspring hemp oil is made from the highest quality European grown organic hemp seeds (Cannabis Sativa). These are cold pressed without chemicals to maximise flavour and nutrition. Naturally high in ALA and omega 3 fatty acid, which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels (2g of ALA a day).
Cold-pressed hemp oil is a great source of both omega-3 and omega-6 essential fatty acids. I particularly like the fact that hemp oil contains a good amount of omega-3 – significantly more than some other nut and seed oils such as pumpkin and sunflower seed. These omega-3 fats can be converted by our body into other omega-3s called EPA and DHA, which are important for heart and brain health. Both of these essential fats are also known to help reduce cholesterol levels – making hemp oil a great choice in general for your heart!

Cold-pressed and unrefined, our organic Flax oil is an excellent source of polyunsaturated fats and a rich and natural particular brain-boosting Omega 3 fatty acids. Drizzle liberally over salad greens, use as a base in homemade houmous, add flavour to stews or spoon into nut butters for a more spreadable texture. Not suitable for frying.
