Description
Ingredients: invert sugar syrup, glucose syrup, water, vanilla extract.
We macerate vanilla beans in a hydro-alcoholic solvent and evaporate the ethyl alcohol, resulting in a vanilla concentrate diluted in invert sugar. We can’t guarantee zero residual alcohol; the final product may contain up to 0.5% alcohol.
