Creamy, buttery and deeply savoury, these beautifully cooked borlotti beans have a soft, melt in the mouth texture that makes them incredibly hard to resist. Grown in the Piedmont region, they bring an authentic Italian character to the table, with a rich flavour that works just as well in comforting bowls of pasta e fagioli as it does tossed through salads for added bite and creaminess. Cooked simply with just water and a pinch of salt, there is nothing here to distract from the quality of the beans themselves. Additive and preservative free, they are as good eaten straight from the jar as they are folded into your favourite recipes.
