Basil essential oil is rich in vitamins and phytonutrients, with 42-46% linalool content. It awakens & focuses the mind, and provides support and comfort for everyday stresses, strains and emotional distress. Basil essential oil is useful for supporting clear breathing, and also in sport massage oils to ease sore muscles. It soothes menstrual cramps and supports during irregular menses.

Ingredients: Linalool (alcohol), Borneone, Camphor, Cineole (Ketones), Methylchavicol, Eugenenol (Phenols), Ocimene, Pinene, Sylvestrene (Terpenes).
Directions for use
Dilute 6-10 drops, add to a bath.
Mix 5 drops with water to use in an oil burner.
Mix 6-10 drops with hot water as an inhalation.
Mix 5 drops per 10ml of carrier oil for massage.

CYPRESS ESSENTIAL OIL (Cupressus sempervirens) is steam distilled from the needles and twigs of young branches. It has a fresh, herbaceous and coniferous aroma, that is refreshing, calming, grounding and balancing. The oil is rich in monoterpenes, including α-pinene, which makes the oil safe and beneficial for those prone to oily skin, especially with blemishes.
Cypress essential oil supports healthy circulation and fluids, including lymph and menstruation systems, especially when used in massage.
