Description
Ingredients: Aqua (water), magnesium chloride, glycerin, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, phenoxyethanol, lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil, anthemis nobilis (chamomile) flower oil, ethylhexylglycerin, hydrolyzed jojoba esters, linalool, limonene, geraniol.
How to use:
- Spray between five and ten sprays around the body and massage in well. After a shower or bath is a great time to apply as the skin is warm and the pores are open which aids absorption.
- Apply anywhere on the body avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes.
- If your sleep is disrupted, apply 2 – 3 sprays of Magnesium Sleep Body Spray direction to the areas of concern (often the calf or the feet) and massage in.
- For severe, restlessness, Magnesium Sleep Body Spray can be combined with Magnesium Flakes and Magnesium Sleep Lotion to build the perfect pre-sleep routine.
- Reapply whenever needed.
