Ingredients: 100% pure lavender, roman chamomile and sweet orange essential oils.
Directions for use
Inhale straight from the bottle, add to an oil burner or electric diffuser or make a steam inhalation.
Mix 5 drops per 10ml of carrier oil for massage or bath.
Mix 5 drops with water to use in a diffuser or burner.
