Spelt White Flour produces a wonderful nutty flavoured white bread and can be used as an all-purpose white flour for pastries cakes and sauces. Our Organic White Spelt Flour is free from any additives. Only certain varieties of wheat need to be fortified and White Spelt flour is not one of them!
