Custard Powder


  • Add 30g custard powder to 2 tablespoons sugar in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix smoothly with 2 tablespoons milk taken from 1 pint.
  • Put remaining milk in a saucepan on heat.
  • When nearly boiling remove from heat and add to the mixed custard stirring well.
  • Return the custard to saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring well.
