Our ground almonds are finely milled (sometimes referred to as almond flour) and are suitable for eating raw, in smoothies, sprinkled, used as a thickener and in baking recipes.  Many dietary recipes use ground almonds. They contain the following important nutrients and vitamins:  Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Iron, Zinc, Manganese, Potassium, Vitamin E, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B7.
