Our tempura batter is friendly for vegans and is easy to use which makes it the ideal ingredient for those new to the art of tempura making. Unlike most fried foods tempura coating is famous for its light colour and its delicate and airy coating since it absorbs less oil and makes it easy to eat as a result. To use, add 150g of the batter mix into 220ml of cold water and mix. Dip any ingredients of choice into the mix and deep-fry
