Chocolate Muffin Mix

An easy to use muffin mix to make deliciously moist chocolate muffins. Simply just add water and oil.

To 500g muffin mix

  1. Add 250ml water and 220ml vegetable oil.
  2. Mix for 1 minute slowly and then 3-4 minutes at medium speed.
  3. Bake at Gas Mark 4 (350F) 190C-200Cfor 30-35 minutes.

Description

Ingredients:  sugar, wheat flour (with calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), whole egg powder, fat reduced cocoa powder 4%, modified starch (maize), raising agents (disodium diphosphate, potassium bicarbonate), emulsifiers (E477, E481), whey solids (milk), salt, vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed), stabiliser (xanthan gum), flavouring.

2. Cook as per Ginger Cake
