An easy to use muffin mix to make deliciously moist golden muffins. Simply just add water and oil.

To 500g muffin mix

  1. Add 250ml water and 220ml vegetable oil.
  2. Mix for 1 minute slowly and then 3-4 minutes at medium speed.
  3. Bake at Gas Mark 4 (350F) 190C-200Cfor 30-35 minutes.

1. Mix 220ml (7oz) water and 100g (3oz) golden Syrup
2. Beat for 2 mins. Place into 2 greased 1lb tins
3. Cook Gas Mark 5 360F 170c for 50 mins

1. Add 120g (4oz) Oats & 180g(6oz) Black treacle, 6oz water 
to 500g Ginger Cake Mix
2. Cook as per Ginger Cake

    Makes a delicious white bread loaf

    To 500g Mix

    1. Add 340ml (12oz) luke-warm water and 2 tablespoons oil.
2. Knead well on a lightly floured surface
3. Leave in a warm place to prove until double its size, knock
back and prove again.
4. Cook at gas Mark 8 450F 230C (reduce by 20C fan ovens)
5. 35 mins for a loaf or 10 mins for rolls
