White Bread Mix


Makes a delicious white bread loaf

To 500g Mix

1. Add 340ml (12oz) luke-warm water and 2 tablespoons oil.
2. Knead well on a lightly floured surface
3. Leave in a warm place to prove until double its size, knock
back and prove again.
4. Cook at gas Mark 8 450F 230C (reduce by 20C fan ovens)
5. 35 mins for a loaf or 10 mins for rolls
